We will share the information you provide with members of our Building Management Team and external Property Management Agent as required for the management and operation of the property, and to discharge our relevant statutory duties.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Any information you provide relating to assistance for emergency evacuation will only be shared by us with the Fire and Rescue Service in order that they can assist you in the event of an evacuation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
All input will be treated with the strictest confidence and aggregated data will be used to identify how the service is used for improvement purposes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
When you cease to become a resident at the property your account will be deactivated and your data will be retained for a period of no more than 2 years, at which point it will be permanently deleted. You may deactivate your account at any point using the ‘settings -> advanced -> deactivate account’ function at any time.
